Playing with a canopy at Burwell Park

I have said once and I will gladly say it again, children photography is THE BEST! Check out this adorable girl in a floral dress playing and reading in a tulle sheer play canopy – in Minnetonka’s beautiful Burwell Park. What a great family moment to capture.

If I had focus on only one subject in photography, it would be photographing children, not posed, but simply being themselves. When my boys were babies, I loved taking pictures of them learning. Their faces were rarely ever looking at me or the camera, they were focusing on the toy (or leaf) in hand. THAT is what I love to capture: interest, curiosity, and joy!
