EverEve Inspired Photo Shoot

This EverEve inspired photoshoot was an opportunity to combine all I know about women’s headshots with the same kind of knowledge and energy as working with high school seniors. That meant offering assistance on what to wear, picking out a location which provided awesome lighting no matter what time of day and had a variety of backdrops, creating a schedule with ten-minute time slots for each participant, and implementing poses to match each individual’s vibe.

Though it took some work coordinating ten unique ten-minute sessions in a two hour period, this might have been one of the most rewarding shoots I’ve ever experienced. Every woman brought a unique zest - a symbolic butterfly, grand mother’s earrings, mother’s bracelet, new cowboy hat, etc.

These women are all moms who are, or soon will be, empty nesters, aka “bird launchers” with a bit more time to explore who we are and what we want to do in this next phase in life. Like high school seniors, we are excited and a somewhat anxious about what’s next, but we are having fun being in the moment…and THIS was a fun moment.

The next themed session is GLAM-bring out your formal or semi-formal dress you only wore once and let’s get sassy!
