My “WHY”

This was my second time attending SYNC-a portrait photography conference held in Sandestin, FL. Last year I learned about both the technical and marketing side of my business. This year, I learned about the importance and process of automation along with the importance of reevaluating my “why” in my business.

My “why” is simple; I love helping people in any capacity but I am also passionate about helping people capture special times in their lives (or better yet, THIS time), Along with helping others, I absolutely love photography and I have found a way to combine the two!

During the conference, photographers have the option to participate in senior model “shoot outs” where a leader in the industry demonstrates posing and shooting techniques while photographers like myself have the opportunity to implement what is being taught. This year we were lucky to have Thomas Nguyen with Thomas Nguyen Photography join us. His mentorship and models were exceptional.
